What is myClubs?
With myClubs you can choose from a range of fitness classes and sport offers at exclusive sports partners in your city. You can try a variety of new sport classes that are interesting and bring some variety into your everyday sports routine. myClubs allows you to stay flexible and free: your membership can be paused or cancelled monthly. Now you have full control and you will only have to pay whenever you really use our sports offer.

myClubs is especially designed for people who like a broad versatile sports offer with flexibility in planning their sports routine. If you want to use a broad variety of summer sports during the hot summer months and prefer to workout indoors during winter - myClubs is the perfect fit!

Which products does myClubs offer?
You can choose between two monthly plans and a classic prepaid 10 card. With myClubs FLEX 4 you can do sports 4 times per month. With myClubs UNLIMITED you can do sports as often as you like. But you can only visit the same sports provider 4 times per month. If you need more flexibility just purchase myClubs TEN, the classic prepaid 10 card without commitments and 24 months of validation. Regardless of which package you choose you will have full access to the entire myClubs sports offer.

I would like to use myClubs - do I need a smartphone?
Yes. You need a smartphone with internet and a camera. These functions will be needed for our QR-Code Check-In at each myClubs partner (currently in Vienna and Salzburg).

Which types of sports does myClubs offer?
With myClubs you will have access to exclusive sports partners with various workouts. You will have the possibility to choose from workouts such as boxing, bootcamp, cross-training, yoga, pilates, dancing, fitness courses, TRX, vibration training and many more. Infrastructures are horse riding, tennis, golf, badminton, fitness studio day passes and EMS. Of course we also offer summer workouts such as beach volleyball, tennis, stand up paddling (SUP) and climbing. With our membership you will get access to any sport you can think of. Choose your city and check out our sport search function and see which workout fits best to you.

How much does a myClubs membership cost?
Unfortunately unused units from your FLEX 4 plan cannot be transferred to the following booking month. Remaining units expire at the end of each booking month.

How do I get my digital myClubs membership card?
We love sports but also care about our environment and that's why we us a digital myClubs membership card. Therefore, please download the myClubs App (available on iOS or Android). Open up your myClubs App and rotate your smartphone to see your myClubs member card.

Are their any myClubs gift vouchers?
Here you can easily purchase myClubs FIVE and TEN gift cards. We will send you the card in our gift envelope with all the information of the recipient/s on it. Our myClubs gift card will definitely be the sportiest birthday and/or Christmas present.

What is myClubs FLEX 4?
myClubs FLEX 4 is our flexible sports membership with 4 units per month. Each visit will cost you one unit.Try out new sport trends and bring variety to your normal sport routine. You can use 4 units at one specific sport partner or try different workouts at 4 different sport partners - you can decide individually.

What is myClubs UNLIMITED?
myClubs UNLIMITED is our flexible sports membership and you can workout as often as you want. Whether its yoga, crossfit, tennis, squash or the fitness studio - choose from endless different sport providers. Choose the workout you like. As a general rule you can visit each sport partner 4 times per month. You can find all details in the course or partners description. A "Fair Use Rule" applies (see General Terms & Conditions or FAQs "Membership").

When will my monthly membership start?
You will be able to book your first workout when you have successfully signed up at myClubs and selected your FLEX 4 or UNLIMITED plan. Whenever you open the myClubs App (available on iOS and Android) and rotate your smartphone , your digital membership card will show up. You can also check in with your mobile number.

When will my monthly plan be debited?
Booking periods of your FLEX 4 or UNLIMITED plan are determined by the date of purchase and ends on the preceding day the following month. The debit takes place on the same date each month. So if you purchased your myClubs plan on July 2nd - your units will be valid until August 1st.

What is myClubs TEN?
myClubs TEN is a prepaid ten card and you can use the entire myClubs offer. You don't know if you are able to workout on a consistent basis? myClubs TEN is the perfect fit for you and those who do not have the opportunity to do sports each month regularly. myClubs TEN is valid for 2 years - no commitments and no hidden costs.

When will I be able to use myClubs?
You can book your first workouts as soon as you have purchased a myClubs plan. Open up your myClubs App and rotate your smartphone and your membership card will become visible. You can also use your mobile number to get checked in at one of our sport partners.

How can I find all sports partners and classes?
You can easily search for sports partners or categories with myClubs. Automatically there will be a selection of courses matching your search request.

Which possibilities are there to reserve a workout?
As a myClubs member you can pick any workout via your smartphone or PC. You will find all information about your selected workout and sport partner in the activity description. Depending on the sport partner, you can show your digital myClubs card before the workout starts and will get checked in on sight, send an reservation request or just call. If you send a reservation request you will receive a confirmation or cancellation mail depending on availability of open spots. If a workout is not available you can easily book or visit another workout instead.

What should I do if I have to cancel a sports class?
Within the allowed cancellation period you are able to cancel your booked session. You will find it in your myClubs account under the "my Workouts" section. Your unit will still be debited if you do not cancel your reservation. If you use myClubs UNLIMITED and abusively reserve sport classes without taking part, we reserve the right to terminate your membership. We want to give all our myClubs members a fair chance to use our offer.

Can I still go to a workout after using all my myClubs FLEX 4 units?
No, if you have used up all your units from the current period you won't be able to work out before next month.If you have booked an activity in the next booking period, we will upload fewer units when the following month starts.Nevertheless you can always switch to UNLIMITED during the month.

How and how long can I pause my membership?
You can pause up to 6 membership months per year without giving us any reasons.Just send us a message 7 days prior to support@myclubs.com. You can also pause individual membership months if you are on a long vacation or if you are prevented for other reasons.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can end your membership at any time as long as you are aware of our 7 day cancellation period. Just send us a short mail to support@myclubs.com. Of course you can register again at any time to use all myClubs advantages.

Can I book classes for the upcoming booking period even though i am in the current booking period?
Yes it is possible to reserve classes in the next booking period before the end of the current period. Booked classes for the following month will be billed in the following booking period.

Why did i get less units than 4 even though I have a FLEX 4 plan?
If we provide you with less units than your FLEX 4 membership usually provides you with - it is because you have already reserved or booked a class for the upcoming month. Units that are used for the following month and not for the current booking period will be charged with the next payment.

Why can't I make any further reservations as an UNLIMITED user?
The reason why is because you have reached your reservation limit. UNLIMITED users can make max. 5 reservations in advance per month. As soon as you have been to some workouts new reservations will become available again.

What should I do if a sport partner forgets to debit a unit /charges too many units?

What should I do if my reservation has been cancelled?
Sometimes a sport partner has to cancel the request due to lack of space. You can register for another course with a new sport partner if there is still space available.

Can I cancel a reserved workout?
The cancellation policy is set by the sport partners themselves and is displayed in the activity details.You are able to cancel your unit without any problems if the deadline has not been exceeded. You can cancel your reservation at any time as long as it has not been confirmed by the partner.

Do I have to pay extra for equipment?
In most cases items such as rackets, EMS clothing, etc. are included. If this is not the case, it will be noted in the description box.

Can I redeem all my sports units at one sports partner?
As a myClubs FLEX 4 customer you can use all your units at one specific partner. As a myClubs UNLIMITED customer you can visit an individual sports partner up to 4 times per month. For further workouts you have to search a new partner. You can find all detailed information in the respective course / activity description.

How does the check-in work?
Scan the QR-Code via myClubs app or our website. Choose the sport activity which you want to participate in or click onto your preregistered workout. Please click "create ticktet" afterwards and show your smartphone-ticket to the trainer. Now you are ready to work out!

How do I check-in at a preregistered workout?
Currently you have to check-in via QR-Code at all sport partners in Vienna and Salzburg. All the regions will get the new QR-Code check-in in the next couple months. We will notify all our members on time.

How do I check-in at a drop-in workout?
Check-in with our scan function via myClubs app or website and show the valid ticket to the trainer. There is no QR-Code display at the facility? Please let one of the trainers know and have your member ID ready - they will assist you.

How do I know if my check-in has worked?
Click onto "create ticket" and a valid ticket for your chosen workout will become visible. Please also check if the workout information, time and date are correct. It is valid if the ticket is green and there is an animated logo in the left top corner.

The QR code scan didn't work properly. What should I do?
Please click onto "report problem" in the app and let us know what happened. Afterwards contact the sport partner. The myClubs partner will let you know if you are still allowed to participate at the workout or not. Usually the rule is: No ticket, no workout
