What is myClubs?
With myClubs, you can train at a variety of exclusive sports venues within your city. You can discover new fitness classes and try a range of sports, bringing variety into your everyday sports routine. myClubs enables you to stay flexible and free: you can therefore pause or cancel your membership on a monthly basis. You therefore always have control over your membership and only have to pay when you can actually use the sports offer.
Which products does myClubs x SWICA offer?
You can choose between two monthly subscriptions and the prepaid 50 card. With the myClubs SWICA FLEX 4 you can do 4 activities every month. Each activity costs you one unit, no matter whether you want to go to the same sports partner 4 times or try out different classes. Certain exclusive activities, such as EMS or Hammam, cost two units. The Holmes Place clubs can only be visited once a month with a FLEX 4 membership and also cost two units per visit.
With the myClubs SWICA UNLIMITED membership you can do as many classes as you wish. You can, however, only visit each sports venue 4 times a month. Exceptions apply to exclusive activities, such as EMS, Hammam or Holmes Place, which can be visited twice per month and per sports venue. A daily limit of one workout per day applies.
If you need more flexibility, you can opt for the myClubs SWICA FIFTY. The 50 units are valid for one year and can be redeemed as you wish, no matter if its at the same or at different sports veneues - you decide. You will receive full access to the entire myClubs x SWICA sports network regardless of membership.
Which sports venues can I train at?
With your myClubs x SWICA membership, you can visit any SWICA certified myClubs sports venue. myClubs sports venues, which do not hold a SWICA certification, (e.g. martial arts, ball sports), cannot be visited with a myClubs x SWICA membership. How do I receive my reimbursement?
As a SWICA customer, you first have to pay the full membership price. In order to receive your reimbursement from SWICA, submit your purchase receipt to your local SWICA insurance office. SWICA supports you from the supplementary insurance COMPLETA PRAEVENTA with 50% of the costs, but with a maximum of CHF 500 per calendar year. The OPTIMA supplementary insurance covers 90% of the additional costs, but up to a maximum of CHF 300 per calendar year. This can result in prevention contributions of up to 800 francs per year.For information about the exact refund amount, please contact your SWICA representative directly. You can view your receipt at anytime in the login area under 'My Membership' and can download it as a PDF file.
