What is myClubs?
With myClubs, you can train at a variety of exclusive sports venues within your city. You can discover new fitness classes and try a range of sports, bringing variety into your everyday sports routine. myClubs enables you to stay flexible and free: you can therefore pause or cancel your membership on a monthly basis. You therefore always have control over your membership and only have to pay when you can actually use the sports offer.
Which products does myClubs x SWICA offer?
With myClubs SWICA FLEX 4 you can go to the gym 4 times a month. Each visit costs you one unit. No matter if you want to go to the same sports provider 4 times or try different sports - decide for yourself. Excluded are exclusive activities such as EMS and Hammam. Here one visit costs you two units. The Holmes Place Clubs you can visit with a Flex 4 only once a month and per visit are also charged two units.
With myClubs SWICA UNLIMITED you can go to the gym as often as you like. However, you are only allowed to go to the same sports provider 4 times per month. Special workouts such as EMS, Hammam, Holmes Place are excluded. You can book one of the special workouts per month. A maximum of one activity can be booked per day.
If you need more flexibility, you can opt for the myClubs SWICA FIFTY. You have one year to redeem your 50 units, whether with the same or different sports providers - you decide. Regardless of which package you choose: You have full access to the entire myClubs x SWICA sports offering.
Which sports venues can I train at?
With your myClubs x SWICA membership, you can visit any SWICA certified myClubs sports venue. myClubs sports venues, which do not hold a SWICA certification, (e.g. martial arts, ball sports), cannot be visited with a myClubs x SWICA membership. How do I receive my reimbursement?
As a SWICA customer, you first pay the full subscription price and then receive the refund directly from SWICA. Submit your purchase receipt to your regional SWICA insurance office. SWICA will support you with 50% of the costs from the COMPLETA PRAEVENTA supplementary insurance, up to a maximum of CHF 500 per calendar year. The OPTIMA supplementary insurance covers an additional 90% of the costs above and beyond this, up to a maximum of CHF 300 per calendar year. This can result in prevention contributions of up to CHF 800 per year. For information on the exact amount of the reimbursement, please contact your SWICA advisor directly. You can view your receipt at anytime in the login area under 'My Membership' and can download it as a PDF file.
