Slow paced, deep stretching candlelight yoga class practiced with relaxing beats at comfortable 30°C. The postures are held longer than usual, between 2-6 minutes, in order to target our connective tissues. A treat for the body & soul.

Fun and fluid classes that synchronise movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses composed of creative sun salutations, standing & seated postures, backbends and inversions. Expect sweaty, challenging movement set to great music and good vibes.
