With myClubs, you can train with a wide variety of sports providers. Bring variety and flexibility to your workout routine and discover new workouts regularly. Whether yoga, cross-training, Pilates, or dancing, myClubs gives you access to over 30 sports. We offer the right package for every type of workout, whether you train occasionally or multiple times a week.

With myClubs Visana FLEX 4, you can go to sports four times a month. In general, each workout costs one credit. It’s up to you whether you visit the same provider four times or try out different sports. Special workouts, like EMS, cost two credits and are marked in the activity description. With the Holmes Place chain, you can visit a location a maximum of twice per month. With myClubs Visana FLEX 8, you can go to sports eight times a month. Visit the same provider or try different sports. In general, each workout costs one credit. Some workouts may cost two credits (special workout). If this is the case, you will be informed in the activity description. You can visit each provider up to four times per month. At the Holmes Place chain, you can visit a location a maximum of twice per month with FLEX 8. The semi-annual or annual membership fee is conveniently paid in monthly installments. For example, an annual FLEX 4 membership (total 960 francs) is paid in 12 monthly installments of 80 francs. 6- and 12-month memberships cannot be canceled or paused during the term. You can cancel with seven days' notice before the end of the term. Changing your tariff during the term is not possible. If you need more flexibility, you can opt for myClubs Visana TEN. You have one year to use your 10 credits, whether with the same provider or different ones – you decide. Some activities cost two credits (special workouts), and this will be indicated in the activity description. No matter which package you choose, you get full access to the entire myClubs x Visana sports offer.

With your myClubs x Visana membership, you can visit any Visana-recognized myClubs sports provider. Providers that are not recognized by Visana (e.g., martial arts, ball sports) cannot be accessed with a myClubs x Visana membership. It’s best to take a look at the map above to get an overview of all the Visana-recognized myClubs providers.

A refund is only possible if you purchased your myClubs x Visana membership via this website and have taken out an additional insurance policy with Visana, such as Ambulant, Managed Care Ambulant, Basic, or Basic Flex. As a Visana customer, you pay the full subscription price to myClubs and will then receive the reimbursement directly from Visana. The refund depends on the insurance product you have with Visana. To claim your refund, submit your purchase receipt to Visana (by post, via app, by email, or at your regional Visana office: Visana Contact Form. Visana supports you with up to 200 francs annually from Wellness Check 1 for a 12-month FLEX 4 or FLEX 8 membership. For a 6-month membership, the maximum reimbursement is 100 francs. You can also receive an additional 50 francs from Wellness Check 3 if you provide proof of course participation. For myClubs Visana PREPAID TEN, you can receive 50 francs from Wellness Check 3, 100 francs from Wellness Check 1 (for two PREPAID cards), or 200 francs from Wellness Check 1 (for four PREPAID cards). Wellness Checks 1 and 3 can also be combined with proof of course participation. A screenshot of the activities in the myClubs app is sufficient as proof of course participation.

You can find your myClubs invoices in the myClubs app under "Manage Payment Data." You can download the invoices as PDFs at any time.
