What is myClubs?
With myClubs you can train with a wide range of different sports providers. This brings variety and flexibility to your sports routine and allows you to constantly discover new workouts. You can pause your myClubs sports membership monthly or cancel it at any time with seven days' notice. This way, you'll always have control over your membership and only pay when you actually use the sports on offer.
Which products does myClubs x SWICA offer?
With myClubs SWICA FLEX 4 you can go to the gym 4 times a month. Each visit costs you one unit. No matter if you want to go to the same sports provider 4 times or try different sports - decide for yourself. Excluded are exclusive activities such as EMS. Here one visit costs you two units. With the Holmes Place chain, you can visit a location a maximum of 2 times. With myClubs SWICA FLEX 8 you can go to the gym 8 times a month. You can use your credits however you like. Visit the same sports provider or try different sports. Generally, you can visit each sports provider up to four times a month. If you use more than one credit (Special Workout) at a sports provider, you will be informed about this in the activity description. The Holmes Place chain allows you to visit a location with myClubs FLEX 8 a maximum of twice a month. If you need more flexibility, you can opt for the myClubs SWICA FORTY. You have one year to redeem your 40 credits, whether with the same or different sports providers - you decide. Regardless of which package you choose: You have full access to the entire myClubs x SWICA sports offering.
Which sports venues can I train at?
With your myClubs x SWICA membership, you can visit any SWICA certified myClubs sports venue. myClubs sports venues, which do not hold a SWICA certification, (e.g. martial arts, ball sports), cannot be visited with a myClubs x SWICA membership. Take a look at the map above in order to get an overview of the entire SWICA certified myClubs offer.
How do I receive my reimbursement?
As a SWICA customer, you first pay the full subscription price and then receive the refund directly from SWICA. Submit your purchase receipt to your regional SWICA insurance office. SWICA will support you with 50% of the costs from the COMPLETA PRAEVENTA supplementary insurance, up to a maximum of CHF 500 per calendar year. The OPTIMA supplementary insurance covers an additional 90% of the costs above and beyond this, up to a maximum of CHF 300 per calendar year. This can result in prevention contributions of up to CHF 800 per year. For information on the exact amount of the reimbursement, please contact your SWICA advisor directly. You will find the details of the regional SWICA office on your insurance card.
