The membership will start soon as you have successfully purchased a membership. The effective date will also be the start time of the following membership months. For example, if you start your membership on the 10th of January, your new booking period will start on the 10th of the following month, (February 10th, March 10th and so on). This only applies if you haven’t cancelled your membership before.

As a FLEX 4 member, you can train a total of four times per month at any of the sports venues within the myClubs network. How and where you use these four monthly credits is entirely up to you. You can either go to the same sports venue each time or you can book classes at different myClubs venues.

With an UNLIMITED membership, you can go to the same sports venue up to four times a month. You can only go to exclusive activities, such as EMS or horse riding, twice per month at each sports venue.

At myClubs, certain classes must be booked. Booking requests and confirmed bookings can be cancelled free of charge within the given cancellation period. If you do not cancel in time and do not participate in your booked class, this is considered a No-Show. In the UNLIMITED plan, a no-show fee of 20 CHF will be charged for each confirmed booking if you do not attend the class or do not check-in properly. You will be charged automatically after five days.

You can cancel your membership at any time as long as you respect our 7 day cancellation policy. Just send us a message with your member ID and your cancellation request to support@myclubs.com. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your booking period. For example, if your booking period always starts on the 10th of the month and you cancel up to the 3rd of the month, your membership will end on the 10th.
