When does my membership start?
The membership will start as soon as you have successfully purchased a membership. The effective date will also be the start time of the following membership months. For example, if you start your membership on the 10th of January, your new booking period will start on the 10th of the following month, (10th February, 10th March, and so on). This of course only applies if you don't cancel your membership before.
How often can I go to the same sports venue as a FLEX 4 user?
As a FLEX 4 member, you can train a total of four times per month at any of the sports venues within the myClubs network. How and where you use these four monthly credits is entirely up to you. You can either go to the same sports venue each time or you can book classes at different myClubs venues. If a class uses up more than one credit, you will be informed about it in the respective activity description. With the Holmes Place chain, you can visit a location a maximum of 2 times.
What does '4 visits per sports venue' mean for UNLIMITED customers?
With the UNLIMITED subscription you can visit each sports venue up to four times a month. Exceptions are special workouts such as court rentals for tennis, EMS or Reformer Pilates. You can book one of the special workouts per month. You can visit the Holmes Place chain a total of 4 times, of which each location can be visited a maximum of 2 times.
What is a no-show?
With myClubs, certain classes must be booked. Booking requests and confirmed bookings can be cancelled free of charge within the given cancellation period. If you do not cancel in time and you do not participate in your booked class, it is considered to be a no-show. In the UNLIMITED membership, a no-show fee of €9.75 will be charged for each confirmed booking you do not attend or check in to properly. You will be debited from your regular means of payment automatically after seven days.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at anytime with respect to our 7 day cancellation policy. Just send us a message with your member ID and your cancellation request to email@example.com. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your booking period. For example, if your booking period always starts on the 10th of the month and you cancel up to the 3rd of the month, your membership will end on the 10th.
